As I’m sure you noticed, I created this logo for “Create or Cremate.” I would love feedback! Feel free to design your own and upload as well. I could be easily convinced to change it.
I’m a writer - you won’t hurt my feelings with suggestions :)

Tips for Posting Your Work

When you have a creative piece ready for review, here are some things to include in your posting to help get the best feedback possible:

  1. Target: Who is this directed at? Age group, geographic area, etc.
  2. Channel: If it’s not obvious, what media channel is this for? Newspaper, print, DM, etc.
  3. Goal/Assignment: What is your call to action? What are you trying to get people to do?
  4. Other channels: Is this part of an overall campaign? How else will this be supported?

Most of these tips apply to marketing/advertising work (sorry, it’s what I do). Not all creative work will have this information.

Feel free to erase this post from your memory and just litter the blog with your work, leaving the reader open to interpretation.

WELCOME!!

Welcome to Create or Cremate! If you’re reading this, congratulations: you are one of the first to discover this page!!! This is for you:

As a creative person, going to a non-creative college often times made sharing your work (and especially receiving feedback) a struggle. My goal is to create a place where students, professionals, hobbyists, etc can share their passions with other creatives.

No matter what you create, let’s see it! Share for the sake of sharing, or ask for feedback. Photography, advertisements, drawings, paintings, music, creative writings, school papers…you name it, it’s welcome here.
